If traveling from Vancouver you will want to catch a ferry to Nanaimo (not Victoria). We STRONGLY recommend booking a ferry reservation in advance and to car pool if possible. 
You can expect an email from us when reservations are open, probably near the end of January 2025. Reservations can be made here: https://www.bcferries.com/
 In our RSVPs we will ask you if you are open to carpooling.




We will arrange for shuttles to pick up guests from near the Sea Edge Motel and drive us to the venue. Details on pickup time will come as the date approaches!



Return shuttles and/or vans will bring guests back at 11pm, 12am and 1am. If you took a shuttle out and would like to leave earlier, an Uber or taxi can be booked. Please indicate in your RSVP whether you will be riding on the bus with us.

If you are driving to the venue, there is parking in front of the hall. Please arrive no later than 4:30pm (time TBC) and make sure to have a designated driver for the evening.

If you are flying into B.C., you can fly directly to Nanaimo (YCD) but it will most likely be cheaper to fly to Vancouver (YVR). If you need help booking your flights or arranging transportation please let us know.




This is not a good option, but if you need it it’s available. First you will need to catch the 25 or 20 to the bus depot, from there the 30 or 91 to Parksville.
