Below are the hotels where we have arranged for a group booking. You have until May 9th, 2025 to get the group rate (a slightly lower rate and they’ve waived the $50 fee per extra person). All properties below are in walking distance from the shuttle pick-up and drop off location. If you have any trouble booking, please let us know.
We do encourage you to book accommodation in advance as the Sand Castle Competition is starting the same weekend, so Parksville will be busy!

This is the motel where we will be staying! There are a range of different types of suites, but they all sleep 4-6 people and are therefore a great deal if sharing with others. Vibe: Retro and super charming. Right on the water!

A little quieter, a little more modern. Still get access to free mini-golf! If you have any mobility needs, this is the better choice. Rooms sleep 2-4 people.

Camping
There are camp sites at Rathtrevor Beach, Englishman River Falls and 3 sisters ranch. All require a car/ride to get to and from the venue or shuttle pick-up spot.
